What is Fruta Planta?
Fruta Planta is a diet pill from China combining a variety of natural ingredients such as Lemon, Bitter Melon, Paypaya, Mangosteen and Spirillina.
These ingredients are supposed to work together to help you lose weight without the need to diet or exercise. They are even supposed to help you target specific parts of the body such as the belly, arms, face and buttocks.
What are the side effects of Fruta Planta?
Despite the fact that they have only added in 100% natural ingredients, there are actually quite a few side-effects reported by users of this product, which include:-
- Panic attacks
- Sleeplessness
- Fast heart rate
- Dry mouth
- Constipation
Is Fruta Planta a scam?
It’s very difficult to believe that this product is genuine. First of all just look at the side-effects listed above. If you research their so-called ingredient list you won’t be able to find any indication that these ingredients would cause panic attacks or sleeplessness. Actually they are supposed to help with these problems not create them.
Based on side-effects of other diet pills on the market, there is a possibility that Fruta Planta could contain high amounts of caffeine and/or guarana. Do some research yourself and you will see for yourself.
Another ingredient that may be in Fruta Planta is sibutramine. If you read about the 2 Day Diet you will find that the FDA has given out a warning about it having sibutramine in it. Just look at the side-effects of sibutramine on Wikipedia and you will see that dry mouth, sleeplessness and constipation are there too.
Sound familiar?
If you read a number of the reviews of Fruta Planta on Amazon you’ll see that there’s talk about there being fake Fruta Planta on the market. Unfortunately there seems to be a lot of confusion as to what the clues to look out for are. So how do you know whether you can trust Fruta Planta slimming pills? You can’t, that’s the problem.
DISCLAIMER: These are purely my own opinions. I have no scientific proof that Fruta Planta contains any ingredients other than the ones they have listed.
Should you take Fruta Planta?
Based on what I have read, my feeling is that you should avoid taking it. There are simply too many unknown facts about it there are genuine concerns that this is yet another diet pill that the FDA will issue a warning about.
I first came across Fruta Planta on Amazon and thought that because it was being sold via such a well-known and respectable company, that it would mean Fruta Planta would be a quality product. So what?
Unfortunately Amazon don’t seem to be at all picky about what products they allow to be sold on the site. For instance, they are still selling 2 Day Diet despite the fact that the FDA have issued a warning against it.
What are the alternatives?
I urge you to consider other diet pills that are natural and medically backed with no side-effects such as Proactol. It will cost you more than Fruta Planta but you really can’t put a price on your health. You can read my review about it if you click here.
