Hey everyone, my name is Lauren and losing weight ??? IT COULDNT BE EASIER! I am 13 years old, and on on the first week of this July I honestly weighed 122lbs… but can you believe it? Today I already weigh 112 lbs!!!! I already lost 10 lbs!
You know? I have never kept a diet up this long I would always get tempted to eat late night snacks and a crap load of junk food! But now I have been losing exactly one pond every single day! If you think about it that’s pretty amazing knowing that would mean losing 30 in 30 days!
