		<description>Kate, it&#039;s a bit worrying that you say you are eating hardly anything.  Starving yourself is not a good way to lose weight.  It causes your body to go into &quot;survival mode&quot; meaning that you&#039;ll burn off even less calories.

Even if you do lose weight in this way, you&#039;ll just put it back on when you start to eat normally again.

Make sure you eat plenty of fruit and vegetables and reduce the amount of simple carbohydrates you eat.  Simple carbs include white bread, potatoes and pasta.

Better quality carbs include brown rice, sweet potatoes and quinoa.

Also, you should look at eating more vegetarian alternatives to meat such as tofu and Quorn.  You can find some very tasty recipes at quorn.com.

Also look at what you are drinking.  If you drink any kind of sodas this isn&#039;t healthy.  Instead you should drink water or tea.  Green, Oolong and Yerba Mate teas are all linked to weight loss.

Another issue is the type of exercise you are doing.  If you are lifting weights then this causes you to build muscle.  Muscle weighs more than fat which is why some people get disappointed when the get on the bathroom scales.

However muscles also burn more calories than fat so help you burn off fat even when you are doing nothing.

Eating a health diet isn&#039;t easy, especially when there are so many conflicting ideas and fad diets floating about.  You might want to go to a personal dietitian and fitness trainer to give you an idea of what you should and shouldn&#039;t be doing. 		<description>Hey everyone, my name is Lauren and losing weight ??? IT COULDNT BE EASIER! I am 13 years old, and on on the first week of this July I honestly weighed 122lbs... but can you believe it? Today I already weigh 112 lbs!!!! I already lost 10 lbs! 

You know? I have never kept a diet up this long I would always get tempted to eat late night snacks and a crap load of junk food! But now I have been losing exactly one pond every single day! If you think about it that&#039;s pretty amazing knowing that would mean losing 30 in 30 days! 

All I did was think to myself I am tired of feeling bad about the way I look, and it&#039;s time to turn that all around...so I simply ate 3 small portioned and light meals a day and I excercised every nigh for 45-90 min, and once u get ur boody used to it and lead urself out of temptation, you will be able to keep this diet up as long as you choose! 

Another thing that is very important in losing weight, is getting a lot of good sleep(ZzZzZzZ...Huh? WAh??) sorry jk! anyway, and wen u are tempted to have a couple of sweets all u have to do is think is it really worth it???NO! Because when I&#039;m skinny, I can eat some junk but I must go exercise after...It actually is very VERY SIMPLE! COME ON A POUND A DAY? THAT ROCKS! 

just eat 4 breakfast an apple with sugar free ceral and sugar free milk, then 4 lunch, a nice asian chicken salad only a handful of lettuce though, and a little bit of dressing,and have some nice veggie soup with no sugar or too many carbs.And drink EXCESS WATER!!!! VERY IMPORTANT! Well, hope you guyz try it...if u need to ask me a question, go ahead and leave a comment, bye!</description>
