The best recommendation for fat loss is usually a high concentration of cardiovascular exercises during the first few weeks. Later on, more strenuous exercises can be introduced into the weight loss program. The key is to strike a balance between the consumed calories (via the food being eaten by the person) and the calories being burned off (via the exercise regimen) on a daily basis.
