		<description>yea 10mins of running would be enough to loose 1 pound, i used to do this and lost alot of weight but now i dont know why i cant do this but ill surely try and hopefully you people will benefit from this.but you also have to control food specially pakistani and other asians  who love biryani, koftay and other asian dishes. thanks</description>
