Does SimQuick work?

First of all, SlimQuick is designed for women and takes into consideration women’s hormones, particularly through the menstrual cycle.  When you read customer reviews of SlimQuick you’ll see that it’s a very popular as it really does work for weight loss.

SlimQuick claim that their product is clinically tested however it’s only the ingredients that have been tested.  The product itself hasn’t.  So we can only really go by customer testimonials.

Unlike most other weight loss products, there appears to be very little in the way of side-effects.  The side-effects that have been experienced tend to come about because of the caffeine.  One serving contains a much caffeine as a cup of coffee and in a day you should take up to 4 servings.  So if you’re at all sensitive to caffeine, you should look elsewhere.

What are the ingredients of Fibretrim?

First of all, Fibretrim comes from the same company who produce Zotrim.  Fibretrim is basically the drink version of Zotrim but with added Inulin and Vitamin C.

The ingredient list of Fibretrim is much simpler than SlimQuick and contains the following active ingredients:-

Inulin - Inulin is known as a probiotic which means it helps feed the good bacteria in your gut in addition to making you feel more full.  Studies on Inulin show that it helps you lose weight by suppressing your appetite.

Yerba Mate – This is also found in SlimQuick and studies show that it can help suppress your appetite, give you more energy and inhibit fat production.

Guarana - Another plant to come from South America which can help burn fat due to the caffeine content.

Damiana – Yet another plant from South America which has been used for all sorts of health benefits including helping with constipation, anxiety, depression and is even used as an aphrodisiac!

Vitamin C – By drinking Fibretrim you’ll receive 25% of your recommended daily amount of vitamin C.  This vitamin is incredibly important for everyday health however it’s also been found to help burn fat quicker.

Does Fibretrim work?

Well, Zotrim has undergone 8 clinical studies to prove that it works.  This is very unusual in the slimming world because normally natural products don’t go through any studies let alone 8!

Fibretrim itself hasn’t undergone any studies however because it contains the same ingredients as Zotrim there’s no reasons for it not to work.  Feedback so far has been very positive.

Ultimately they are both very good products if you want to lose weight.  SlimQuick is very much aimed at women however Fibretrim can be enjoyed by both men and women.

The two companies have chosen very different approaches when it comes to the ingredients.  SlimQuick uses lots and lots of ingredients whilst Fibretrim only uses a comparatively small number.

Many companies will try to make their product appear more impressive by cramming as many ingredients as they can into their product.  However there is often not enough of each ingredient to have any real effect.
